Is bankruptcy right for you?

Seems like a simple question right? But you'd be surprised at some of the answers I get when I ask "Why do you want to file bankruptcy?"

Bankruptcy is not the soultion to all ones financial ills but it can give great relief in many situations.

My general rule of thumb is that if your credit card debt (and similar type debts) is approximately equal to your yearly income that means your struggling and probably need relief.
